We are looking for a sales coordinator Renewables to join our team, focus on Renewables based in Santiago, reporting to Sales Director, you will be responsible for, Sales coverage over industrial and infrastructure customers locate in the central region, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
You will be responsible for:
1. Contribute to the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy in the industrial and infrastructure sector.
2. Identify new business opportunities.
3. Make quotes to customers at the time they request to meet the customer's need.
4. Make quarterly sales forecasts of the products that are handled, to better manage inventories.
5. Define the objective portfolio of the industry and lead the process of "Gestation" of the product lines.
6. Position the company as a supplier for the Renewables Industry - Commercial function, sales and collections in the sector.
7. Manage the technical knowledge of the company in the sector.
8. Manage and take proper advantage of market databases and information sources.
9. Permanently identify the technical knowledge required by the organization.
10. Lead the development of tools that allow us to safeguard and use knowledge.
11. Conduct research on trends, innovations and new technologies for the industries in charge.
12. Conduct research on the market, consumer profile, industry and finished products.
13. Clear identification of the differential attributes of each product line.
14. Define the positioning strategy for each product line.
15. Develop tools that facilitate the sale of portfolio benefits in coordination with the Marketing area.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:
Experience performing sales executive roles, preferably in the electrical energy sector (Power Grids). Knowledge of sales processes, management, and commercial planning. Intermediate English proficiency. Management tools Office, Salesforce, etc.
• Complete higher education Electrical Engineering
• Solid experience in Sales for Industrial and Infrastructure sector.
• English language intermediate level (mandatory)
• Strategic thought
• Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously
• Domain in excel and power point
• Knowledge on the SAP, SALESFORCE platform is a differential

Buscamos un coordinador de ventas de Renovables para unirse a nuestro equipo. Con sede en Santiago, reportará al Director de Ventas. Serás responsable de:
1. Contribuir a la definición e implementación de la estrategia comercial en el sector industrial y de infraestructura.
2. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
3. Realizar cotizaciones a los clientes en el momento que lo soliciten para satisfacer sus necesidades.
4. Realizar pronósticos trimestrales de ventas de los productos que se manejan para una mejor gestión de los inventarios.
5. Definir el portafolio objetivo de la industria y liderar el proceso de "Gestión" de las líneas de productos. 6. Posicionar a la empresa como proveedor para la industria de las energías renovables: función comercial, ventas y cobranza en el sector.
7. Gestionar el conocimiento técnico de la empresa en el sector.
8. Gestionar y aprovechar al máximo las bases de datos del mercado y las fuentes de información.
9. Identificar permanentemente el conocimiento técnico que requiere la organización.
10. Liderar el desarrollo de herramientas que permitan salvaguardar y utilizar el conocimiento.
11. Realizar investigaciones sobre tendencias, innovaciones y nuevas tecnologías para las industrias a cargo.
12. Realizar investigaciones sobre el mercado, el perfil del consumidor, la industria y los productos terminados.
13. Identificar claramente los atributos diferenciales de cada línea de productos.
14. Definir la estrategia de posicionamiento para cada línea de productos.
15. Desarrollar herramientas que faciliten la venta de los beneficios del portafolio en coordinación con el área de Marketing.
¿A quién buscamos?
Buscamos un profesional con las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:
Experiencia en puestos de ejecutivo de ventas, preferiblemente en el sector de la energía eléctrica (Redes Eléctricas). Conocimiento de procesos de ventas, gestión y planificación comercial. Dominio intermedio del inglés. Manejo de herramientas de gestión Office, Salesforce, etc.
• Estudios superiores completos en Ingeniería Eléctrica.
• Sólida experiencia en ventas en el sector industrial y de infraestructuras.
• Nivel intermedio de inglés (obligatorio).
• Pensamiento estratégico.
• Capacidad para trabajar con múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
• Dominio de Excel y PowerPoint.
• Conocimiento de la plataforma SAP SALESFORCE, un factor diferencial.
