Marketing Lead Chile & Bolivia
Responsabilidades:

  • Impulsar la visión y las estrategias de comunicación de las marcas y productos de Chevrolet, basándose en conocimientos relevantes sobre los diferentes consumidores objetivo.
  • Responsable de la ejecución de publicidad, contenido en redes sociales y agencias de experiencia, recomendando y defendiendo enfoques de comunicación 360° ante el liderazgo local de la empresa y la red de concesionarios, con un profundo conocimiento del consumidor local.
  • Liderar el mercado como responsable de marketing, reportando en línea discontinua al director comercial local, representando todas las disciplinas de marketing y asegurando que los objetivos, necesidades, estrategias e iniciativas locales sean ejecutados por el equipo regional de manera sincronizada con los tiempos regionales y la relevancia local.
  • Recomendar y presentar soluciones de marketing al liderazgo local/regional y a otras áreas según sea necesario.
  • Responsable del crecimiento de la marca Chevrolet y sus productos.
  • Responsable del lanzamiento de productos, su mantenimiento, acciones y resultados de desempeño.
  • Responsable de la estrategia y ejecución de comunicación para todas las unidades de negocio y servicios, incluyendo vehículos, servicios y postventa.
  • Liderar campañas para generar tráfico a los canales de venta del mercado (digital, retail y flotas) con el objetivo de alcanzar las metas de ventas mensuales por modelo.
  • Realizar estudios de mercado para garantizar precisión y respaldo técnico en las estrategias y acciones de comunicación.
  • Elaborar presentaciones e informes precisos e impactantes para el liderazgo de la compañía y brindar apoyo en reuniones locales con concesionarios.
  • Gestionar equipos internos multifuncionales y agencias para cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
  • Desarrollar y liderar un equipo de alto rendimiento en marketing de comunicación y experiencia, además de coordinar indirectamente a los equipos locales de marketing.


Additional Description
Requisitos excluyentes:

  • Educación: Graduado universitario con énfasis en Marketing, Publicidad o Comunicaciones.
  • Experiencia: Sólida experiencia en publicidad con grandes empresas, enfocada en el cliente final (B2C). Se valora la experiencia en empresas del sector automovilístico.
  • Microsoft Office: nivel intermedio.
  • Inglés: nivel avanzado.
  • Contar con licencia de conducir activa.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Santiago, Ciudad Empresarial, Chile en régimen híbrido (3 veces por semana presencial: martes, miércoles y jueves).


Requisitos deseables:

  • Experiencia directa en otras disciplinas empresariales, como eventos, redes sociales, marketing de influencia, gestión digital, plataformas, producto o retail.
  • Se valora la experiencia en empresas del sector automovilístico.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo directo de equipos e indirecto en estructuras matriciales en la región.
  • MBA, Posgrado en Marketing, Inteligencia de Negocios, Digital o afín.
  • Conocimiento de marketing digital, redes sociales, marketing de influencia, eventos y medios.
  • Conocimientos en Data Tools/PowerBI/Manejo de bases de datos.
