Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Electrice Vehicle Charging business to be based in our Hoofddorp office and will be responsible and accountable for the execution of logistics and third-party logistics (3PL) processes to ensure product flows (sea/air/road) run efficiently by working together with KAM (Key account manager) and PM (Project manager) as a team for providing the service to the customer meets the relevant standards.
- Coordinate with sales and the supply chain to promote accurate and timely of orders in SAP for external and internal customers. Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status, also process after sales needs like returns, customer complaints.
- Coordinate, organize, schedule, and manage all inbound (incoming/arriving) and outbound (outgoing/delivering) shipments to make sure they arrive accurately and on time.
- Communication with service providers, customers, and distribution.
- Following up the SOP and company of operation procedures, monitoring inbound inventory and outbound 3PL procedures and performance.
- Support Operations with inbound, inventory and outbound activities and internal processes.
- Collaborate with the local Warehouse Management System (WHS) partners, jointly drive efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
- Maintain track and trace reporting for sample related shipments.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP & MS Office (especially SAP/Excel) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects.
- Open-minded, 'can do' attitude and positive to perform tasks.
- Strong skills in communicating and a team player.
- Excellent English language skills. Chinese, Dutch or any other European language will be considered as an advantage.
