Company Description
The Sales Analyst (Buying Groups) is responsible for performing analyses and providing recommendations to support the Small Format Sales team decision-making, and to drive Red Bull’s sales and long-term channel strategy. It is the primary point of contact for information in Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) Small Format account universe on assigned accounts, and partners with Small Format account management with information to drive execution against retailer and national business plans.
Job Description
SALES DATA ANALYSIS
Perform complex analyses to provide recommendations to the sales team based on different reports and data sources
Deliver ad hoc analysis against tight deadlines as defined by the assigned account leaders
Assist with the monthly reporting in collaboration with Trade Finance and Business Insights Teams
SMALL FORMAT NATIONAL ACCOUNT PARTNERSHIP
Produce compelling fact-based presentations supporting Red Bull’s sales team
Provide consistent communication platforms to the sales team and the overall organization (monthly key accounts sales meeting, e-mail communication, presenting on a regular basis to the wider team, etc.)
Develop strong relationships internally and with customers to become the go-to sales data resource person
Remain current on technical, industry and business issues and trends that affect the company sales efforts
Support team needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating a sense of urgency, tenacity, and commitment to quality and customer service
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Lead all key projects that impact the Small Format landscape for assigned accounts
Take leadership role on key projects
Ad hoc project management/support as required to support growth initiatives (i.e. Territory expansion, business cases for incremental resources to attack opportunities in core universe)
TRACKING AND REPORTING
Establish best practice reporting, and take on responsibility for report updates, both weekly and monthly
Create templates and executive summaries to track core Red Bull initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years‘ experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Experience in Business/Management Consulting and/or CPG products is a plus
Strong customer service aptitude, and ability to work with all levels of the organization from Field Level to Executive Management
Track record of robust analytical and problem solving skills,
Proven ability to interpret sales data, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations
Self-starter, highly organized, ability to multitask, deadline-driven
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present both internally and externally to retailers
Ability to explain technical information in a simple way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
Enjoys working in a fast paced, quickly evolving role
Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $67,240 - $100,860 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
