SUMMARY

The Sales Administrator – France supports the sales team with the creation of sales presentations, account line reviews, trade shows/K2 Experiences and performs office management duties as required.  This position fulfills assignments in support of ongoing account management activities by handling various reporting, maintenance, and execution of projects focused in France. The Sales Administrator will work collaboratively with Account Managers, Sales leaders, and other cross-functional leaders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, preparing proposals, and processing orders.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing necessary support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless sales execution.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Complete customer set-up sheets/quote sheets/sample requests/image requests – as needed by accounts mostly in the GAS region
  • Schedule and manage Account Planning Meetings
  • Upload images and content on retailer portals
  • Regularly check customer websites for correct images, logos, and specifications.  Report and amend discrepancies as required
  • Respond to ad-hoc retailer requests for hi-res images, dimensions, battery info etc.
  • Complete Head-to-Head product comparisons where necessary
  • Prepare presentations needed for sales calls, trade shows, customer follow-up and internal meetings related to specific accounts
  • Compile presentation sell sheets
  • Request samples, prototypes and collateral material
  • Manage call collateral and other requested support material by submitting requests on the Collateral Tracker and/or Requester found on the Marketing Portal and following up with personnel responsible for deliverables
  • Submit sample requests for in stock samples and work with Product Managers and Brand Managers for acquisition of updated prototypes, samples, and product information as needed for web content, catalog, and account maintenance by retailer
  • Track all sample shipments and provide tracking data to sales managers/customer as applicable
  • Assist sales managers with retail monitoring
  • Maintaining Retail Landscapes
  • Update internal retail information detailing all items at retail within Kids2 categories by market
  • Manage any special projects assigned by account managers as needed to support growth and management of accounts
  • Coordinate and track international creative requests between brand managers and account managers
  • Ensure the showroom is fully stocked and dressed appropriately for customer meetings
  • Coordinate trade fairs where Kids2 is exhibiting, coordinate with suppliers and vendors and arrange samples for all tradeshow
  • Ensure office sundries are kept stocked. Create requisitions in SAP to order items for the office. 
  • Assist with miscellaneous office tasks
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years previous sales support related experience is preferred
  • Must speak fluent French & English
  • Must have strong written communication skills – French & English
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to completion

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Must be highly proficient in French & English language – both written & verbal
  • Additional languages (German/Spanish) preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • In Kids2 Amsterdam office: Tuesday – Thursday and up to 5 days per week as needed
