THE WORK:

Design and implement automation solutions using leading RPA tools like Automation Anywhere and Rundeck, driven by challenges and innovation.

Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying automation opportunities while embracing challenges as opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain scripts in Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Continuously improve RPA solutions through testing, debugging, and proactive monitoring, committed to constant progress and best practices.

Stay ahead of industry trends, providing training and support while thriving on continuous advancement in automation.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an RPA Developer or Scripting Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful automation projects.

Proficiency in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, or similar.
-
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or others.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
-
This role may require occasional travel to client sites.
