Do you want to join The Reverse Supply Chain team to ensure excellent customer service by managing returns and repairs in the aftermarket, maintaining a smarter, safer and more sustainable world? We are now looking for a Fulfilment Specialist to join our Reverse Supply Chain team at our headquarters in Lund, Sweden.
Your future team
You’ll be joining a dynamic and talented team of 14 RMA Supply and Reverse Logistics professionals, all working towards one common goal: delivering exceptional service by ensuring product availability at the right time and place. Our team operates with a strong sense of collaboration and cross-functional influence across Axis’ supply chain, from strategy to execution. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and monitor the performance of RMA (Return Material Authorization) partners within a designated region, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- RMA Partner Management: Oversee and maintain strong relationships with RMA partners, ensuring alignment with service-level agreements and operational standards.

- Technical Interface: Serve as the primary contact for Axis Technical Service regarding RMA cases, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and partner performance.

You thrive on challenges, have a passion for problem-solving, and understand that a smile can make even the toughest tasks easier. While you are a true team player, you also excel at working independently, taking ownership of your activities, and managing them effectively. Building relationships at all levels comes naturally to you, and you have a knack for influencing key stakeholders to drive success.
We love for you to have:

- Electronics, knowledge of supply chain needs for high tech products.
