We’re looking for a Reliability Manager who will be responsible for leading a team to maintain equipment and carried out to prevent problems arising, to put faults right, and to ensure equipment is working effectively. Lead teamwork and development operating staff.
What are we looking for?

Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years experience in a similar position
-
You’ll have advanced problem solving and project management skills.

We want someone who is a confident PC user
-
Good understanding of Safety and Quality Management System requirements and processes, within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing operations is required

You’ll also need to hold Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Level
What will be your key responsibilities?

Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.

Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for emergency repairs. Use expertise to lead major equipment re-builds and guide planned installation of complex systems.

Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.

Coaching of peers & operations team members to improve their technical capabilities
