This role will be reporting to Head of Business Planning & Operational Excellence. You will primarily be providing essential support to the operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales strategies, and facilitating operational processes. You will be supporting JobStreet Express business across several SEEK Asia markets.
Job Description
- Support Indonesia and Singapore leads with daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Tasks includes:
- Consolidate leads from various sources.
- Upload consolidated leads to CRM system
- Download and process data from customer database and ensure records are created and updated
- Assign leads to teams to acquire or follow up on timely manner
- Create tasks for sales agents to follow up in CRM system
- Prepare daily and monthly reports:
- Prepare reports and dashboards to supervise performance and important metrics.
- Update key information into CRM system and keep accurate records on daily tasks for compilation of management reporting
- Compile sales and operational data to support business in identifying trends and opportunities.
- Support ad-hoc tasks that are vital for business operations or improvement initiatives
Qualifications
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales administration or data reporting will be an added advantage.
- Good solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) for reporting
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes to meet the business needs
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment while prioritising and organising work
- Ability to work as a team and support other members during down time or peak periods
- Ability to interact with all internal and external departments and contacts in a professional manner
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales CRM is a plus.
