Location: South Poland (Silesia, Lesser, Subcarpathian, Holy Cross Districts)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead business development efforts in the southern region of Poland, with a particular focus on the #Processed Food and #Dairy sectors. These sectors are among the fastest-growing in the region, and we see strong potential for market expansion.

This role is crucial for driving #sales growth, acquiring new clients, and implementing regional #strategies. The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive professional, capable of developing new business opportunities across local and international accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Acquire and grow key accounts in the Processed Food and Dairy sectors.
  • Manage tenders, prepare offers, and negotiate agreements.
  • Coordinate sales visits, report results, and maintain a strong sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Credit Control, etc.).
  • Present product innovations and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide customer support and oversee contract performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferred in Food Tech, Engineering, or Chemistry).

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience.

  • Knowledge of professional cleaning/equipment market is a plus.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to travel frequently.
