Chewy's Pharmacy Network is looking for a Regional Quality Manager to drive quality improvements across our pharmacy fulfillment operations. This role will oversee inventory accuracy, compliance, and fulfillment processes while enhancing efficiency and vendor collaboration. You'll lead strategic initiatives, balance multiple projects, and leverage data to optimize performance. What You'll Do:
- Partner with site leaders to improve inventory accuracy, vendor compliance, and fulfillment processes
- Drive strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, reduce concessions, and optimize storage capacity
- Oversee vendor compliance and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Support new site launches, develop capacity models, and refine operational workflows
- Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Lead training, reporting, and documentation efforts to support quality initiatives
What You'll Need:
- Ability to travel 25%+ to support operations, staffing, and new launches.
- Experience in inventory accuracy, fulfillment operations, and quality programs at a network level.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience working with complex datasets. SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
