Recruiting Director

The Recruiting Director is responsible for leading a multi-level TA team and partnering with HR Leaders and key business stakeholders to create a cohesive strategy for hiring across North America. This role will lead the recruiting team aligned to Commercial/Sales, Product and Technology, Benefits Administration, and other areas to be determined as our business evolves.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the overall strategic model for providing best-in-class talent acquisition services, including creation of business cases for implementing technology solutions.

  • Lead long-range planning that impacts the recruitment, engagement, performance, and retention of our workforce with a continued focus on improving the candidate experience.

  • Act as lead recruiter for commercial and executive level hiring across the NA organization.

  • Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process, relentlessly focused on measurable improvement in availability and selection of diverse candidates into the organization.

  • Coach and develop a team of high performing, experienced recruiters, motivating and driving a high level of performance and accountability.

  • Partner with the other TA team members to promote the Alight Solutions employee value proposition and implement online and offline employer branding activities to build and maintain candidate pipelines.

  • Support ongoing team buildout of data and analytics to measure the ROI of TA programs, including metrics on source of hire, time to fill, measurement of candidate experience, quality of hiring and ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent as well as branding, EVP, and other spend.

  • Engage in M&A activities to help cultural and leadership /talent assessment and support on-boarding of acquired talent.

  • Partner with HRBPs to capture feedback on talent needs and business goals, ensuring fast and effective hiring to support new growth and backfill hiring.

  • Lead and participate in special projects and initiatives across Talent Acquisition and the business, including such as diversity & inclusion, internal mobility, etc.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive responsibility within a North American/Global TA team including 5+ years leading a TA team, and 5+ years recruiting in the commercial sales area in a fast-paced technology led company.

  • Solid success in recruiting for Commercial/Sales teams.

  • Proven ability to build, manage, and retain a scalable team of North American TA professionals that will embody the values and brand of the company, act as advocates for the company and put diversity front of mind in delivering against our workforce plan.

  • Proven change agent with the record of accomplishment for delivering on people and culture strategies.

  • Experience in the build-out of operations, data analytics, technology, tools, platforms and processes that help streamline all TA efforts, bringing a faster time to hire and a diverse slate of high performing talent into the business, balancing a desire for consistency with an awareness of local market factors and needs.

  • Hands on experience in using an ATS and associated tools to track performance and metrics and to create a community of potential candidates to be cultivated (through future Recruitment Marketing tools).

  • Experience in creating and promoting an employee value proposition with supporting actions in social media, online and offline branding activities.

  • Ability to influence without authority and to act nimbly in the interests of talent initiatives.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

102,400 USD

Maximum :

162,600 USD
