Job Summary
The Senior Recruitment Manager I, Nursing & Allied mentors new recruiters & sources, interviews, and fills contract positions. This person strives to establish positive relationships with candidates and educates them on the current travel industry. The Manager collaborates with various internal partners to improve the number of candidates presented to clients, ultimately contributing to the fulfillment of AMN placement and revenue targets!
Job Responsibilities
- Meet daily and weekly metrics to consistently grow the clinician network and retain the clinicians that are currently working on a travel assignment.
- Operates autonomously of department leadership/oversight by making independent decisions to fulfill the highest production standards in support of team and division needs.
- Offers personalized coaching to recruiter trainees, assessing their consultative sales approach and industry knowledge to help them expedite the placement process.
- Contributes real-world expertise in team meetings, in partnership with leadership, to apply strategies and ideas across sales strategies to increase efficiency and confidence to implement.
- Models standard processes for new employees, formal and informal, learning settings by exhibiting how to apply expertise in real scenarios.
- Runs productivity reports weekly for the entire team using the internal applicant tracking system to highlight performance improvement opportunities.
- Plans prospecting strategy for self and team including scheduling time to prospect according to market demand (on a daily and weekly basis) to contact a high volume of candidates to establish relationships and expand the sales network of qualified travel clinicians.
- Demonstrates heightened market/industry expertise to candidates, interpreting local/national trends and thought leadership in terms of job search strategies to build credibility and maintain a commitment to long-term relationships.

Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
- Associate's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-12 years of work experience
Additional Experience
- Experience in inside sales or recruitment
- Healthcare staffing experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience with salesforce
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate$28.25 - $35.25 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
