Job Summary:
We are looking for a contract Recruiter to join our team recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s talent needs. They should have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update job descriptions to align with company needs.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
