The Campus Recruiter Associate will plan recruitment drives, manage candidate pipelines, organize events, maintain records, and build campus relationships to enhance employer branding and promote the company at campuses.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

 

Skills:

 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple events or activities simultaneously with attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment

  • Plan and execute recruitment drives, including interviews, assessments, and workshops.
  • Manage candidate pipelines from application to feedback.

Event Management:

  • Organize career fairs, company presentations, and networking sessions.
  • Coordinate with campus placement cells, faculty, and student bodies.
  • Create promotional materials and social media content.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing queries and providing updates.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of applications, schedules, and feedback.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and presentations.

Campus Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with placement cells, faculty, and student clubs.
  • Support campus ambassador programs and internships.

Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s brand through workshops, webinars, and digital campaigns.
