We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a unique dual-capacity role that blends hands-on operational support with high-level records and data management. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, experience in records management, and the ability to work independently in both physical and digital environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Remote Records Analyst:
In a remote capacity, provide high-level support for digital records management and compliance. Responsibilities include:

Classifying, auditing, and maintaining electronic records in accordance with retention policies
-
Monitoring data integrity and contributing to records cleanup initiatives
-
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent metadata standards
2- Document Services & Transaction Processing:
-
Oversee the end-to-end processing of physical trade documents in alignment with established turnaround times. Core responsibilities include:
-
Receiving, registering, and scanning physical documents
-
Maintaining document safekeeping and archival integrity
-
Monitoring print queues, reconciling records, and facilitating timely retrieval
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Proven experience at least 1 to 2 years in records management, specifically within a bank or financial services environment
-
It is a Hybrid role : 50% working on site from Newark, NJ and 50% working remotely
-
PMP certificate is a plus
-
Understanding of basic banking procedures and the importance of regulatory compliance in record-keeping.

proficiency in computer-based recordkeeping systems, attention to compliance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

A strong customer service mindset and knowledge of records lifecycle management are critical.

Proven ability to organize and maintain accurate records, both physical and electronic.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
