Job Description:
Quality Builders is looking for a Full Stack Developer/Product Manager/Data Engineer all-in one (future CTO) with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us scale our early-stage GC-Tech (General Contracting technology) start-up across the US.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Dissect the renovation process to understand the key data points to collect across each unique project to build a predictive model to estimate jobs instantaneously.
- Design and develop a matching algorithm (similar to Uber matching riders and drivers) by using the predictive estimating technology to pair clients with a full suite of subcontractors based on figure cost and schedules
- Integrate with existing project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend).
- Assisting other departments in using technology effectively
- Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align with the company’s goals.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and efficient code for both the front-end and back-end of our applications.
- Design and implement user interfaces that are user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing.
- Develop and maintain APIs that are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
