Job Description

Bug Detection and Test Execution

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for conducting extensive testing to identify bugs and issues across all available platforms and devices. You'll ensure that new features are thoroughly tested before they go live, making sure they function seamlessly and meet high-quality standards. Additionally, you will take charge of performing sanity checks and full regression tests to ensure the overall stability and reliability of the app.


Test Planning and Collaboration with Developers

In collaboration with the development team, you will define and document detailed test scenarios, ensuring they cover all necessary aspects of the app’s functionality. You will also be in charge of documenting any bugs and crashes, providing clear and reproducible steps that will help the engineering team address and resolve issues effectively.


User Experience and Feedback

Your role will also involve reviewing the user experience (UX) of the app, ensuring that it is intuitive, engaging, and provides the best possible experience for the user. You will prioritize and organize bug reports and feedback from users, collaborating closely with the team to continuously improve the app’s performance and overall user satisfaction.


Automation and Efficiency

Where appropriate, you will play an active role in enabling automated testing to enhance efficiency and broaden test coverage. By promoting the use of automation, you’ll help streamline the testing process, ensuring faster and more reliable delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in QA and software testing

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Solid understanding of UX principles and user experience assessment

Experience with multiple testing platforms and devices (iOS, Android, web)

Proven ability to define and document test scenarios

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for bug identification and resolution

Experience in working in an agile development environment with short iteration cycles

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
