Job Title QA Engineer II

Why Lytx:

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer II to assist with delivering quality software products and solutions. The role will assist with usability, functional and integration testing and will interface with Product Management, QA, Release and Development teams to deliver best in class software.

You’ll be Responsible for:

• Stakeholder management, ability to work with cross-functional team, provide support and recommendations on best practice in testing topics.
• Perform requirement and design analysis and prepare functional, regression, performance test specifications, test cases, test data.
• Conduct product validation test execution, develop test plan and test strategy, report defects and generate test reports.
• Work closely with application development, architecture, and infrastructure team for automation, performance team, global QA team.
• Responsible for performing comprehensive data validation and integrity assessments, ensuring data reliability & quality standards.
• Ensure test results are documented and traceable.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years in Quality Assurance roles in medium to large enterprise, with strong knowledge of QA/Test principles, methodologies, and strategies.
• Experience in Event-driven, Microservices, API-Driven Architecture, and experience on API’s and Swagger.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Hands on experience on design, create, and implement the test cases of to check the product quality.
• Hands on experience with REST, SOAP UI, POSTMAN for webservices.
• Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting issues within big data ecosystem.
• Hands on experience in end-to-end testing of user interface to validate data flow, ensuring seamless integration of migrated data.
• Performed & experience in SQL queries as needed to validate data accuracy, during migration.
• Passionate about product quality and delivering high value products.
