Job Description

We are looking for a customer oriented, experienced and cross-cultural minded Project Manager to join our team in Vaasa. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within budget and right quality.

In this role you will manage multi-discipline projects, lead the people in project teams and participate in sales activities. You will be the key player and the responsible person towards our customer and internal stakeholders during the project execution. You will report to the customer, Head of Project Management and Steering committee.

• Project Scheduling & Project planning
• Customer satisfaction in project
• Completeness of project reporting
• Effective utilisation of resources
• Secure and maintain quality of the project and customer services
• Promote new solutions and working methods
• Ensure fulfilment of directives, instructions and best practices
• Manage resources within own project and with sub-suppliers of the project
• Follow-up KPIs and PIs in own area
• Develop services and customer relations
• Timely change management

To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in making own decisions and an excellent communicator with proactive and self-driven way of working.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Good communication skills
• Ability to see the big picture
• Ability to see opportunities
• Customer and goal -oriented way of working
• Ability to cope with pressure and manage stress
