The Role
We are looking for a Client Project Manager - Innovation to drive projects aiming to bring new concepts to adress the pain points of our customer base. This is a customer driven role where you will connect the dots between customers needs and pain points, the solution and data assets at our disposal, and what new technology/ potential partners can bring.
You will have the opportunity to drive the delivery of new concepts/reinvention existing concepts ranging from new functionalities for our customer base to evolving our business processes to help in4mo scale.
This is a hands’ on role that combines practical creativity with project management where we expect the job holder to make things happen and be equally at ease with researching and prioritizing new ideas, developing proof of concepts, getting them validated and product development ready.
You will work closely with the entire in4mo team (Business, Product and R&D) in addition to the Solera teams relevant for the assigned project/concept.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of in4mo solution innovation funnel from ideation to validation, and support selected concepts throughout their development and go to market phase:
- Gain in-depth level of understanding of in4mo solutions, including personas and use cases,
- Research in4mo market landscape to monitor competition innovations and identify potential partners,
- Analyze in4mo Solutions stakeholders’ needs (internal & external) and facilitate workshop and brainstorming sessions to identify new worthwhile concepts to investigate,
- Maintain a prioritized portfolio of ideas/concept ready for deeper analysis and consideration,
- Refine selected concepts so they can be presented to a wider internal audience and ultimately to existing customers/internal stakeholder for feedback and validation, including developing early prototypes/proof of concetps,
- Work with in4mo business, R&D and product teams to ensure selected concepts are both feasible, appealing and differentiated,
- Identify potential partners whose offering can complement our own to deliver new concept to market,
- Handover selected concept to our product development organization and act as subject matter expert during the development phase to ensure that the selected concept stay true to its initial potential
In addition, you will
- Contribute to the company’s initiatives (continuous improvements...)
- Feed any relevant learnings from your activities into our blueprints,
- Over time, take a more active role representing in4mo during customer/partners early negotiations to ensure that the company is able to deliver on its commitments to customers,

- Passion to solve customers and internal stakeholders pain points through practical new ideas,
- Ability to relate any intiative to the bigger picture and be our true customer champion,
- Experience in innovation management from ideation, prioritization, prototyping to validation,
- Experience in project management from their creation to their successful conclusion,
- Good technical understanding of how Saas Solution work and how they can grow,
- The will and ability to become an expert on in4mo overall solution,
- Strong problem-solving skills, going beyond symptoms to search for the root causes of any roadblocks encountered and proposing innovativre solutions,
- Good business and commercial sense and the ability to build constructive and long-lasting relationships with Customers, Partners and in4mo teams alike,
- Keen interest in Data Analytics with knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel or equivalent,
- The ability to get things done through other parts of the organization irrespective of reporting lines,
- Superior attention to detail combined with a big picture mindset,
- Relevant education and/or relevant experience (3+ years).

- Curious, a quick learner, resourceful and a natural multitasker,
- Great at collaborating with others and always adopting a constructive mindset,
- Fluent (spoken and written) in English is compulsory, knowing of other languages can be an avantage but is not essential
