Field Operations Project Managers use project management tools and techniques to implement new products, services, and processes to the business in efforts of minimizing disruption.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Project Manager, you will manage, maintain and develop reports focused on production reporting for in-house construction teams to include, Aerial, Underground and fiber splicing. In addition, you will manage the in-house teams SharePoint and Smartsheet to ensure data integrity. No two days are the same and you may perform some operational support duties as needed.

This role is generally performed in the office with occasional field visits.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Project Management experience (3-5 years),Telecommunications industry experience (5+ years).
- Technical Skills: MS Office applications
- Skills: Communication, organization, leadership, collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Smartsheet working knowledge
- SharePoint working knowledge
- Telecommunications Construction knowldge to include knowldge of equipment and matierial being installed
