Responsible for reporting, financial consolidation, budget planning, and project monitoring through detailed analyses and variance assessment for Mlog in Poland. Your tasks
- Key Responsibilities
- Reporting and Analysis: Preparation of detailed reports, analysis, and ongoing project monitoring, including plan vs. actual comparison, cost analysis and variance assessments
- Financial Consolidation: Assist in financial consolidation processes and report to the parent company, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
- Budget Planning and Forecasting: Support the preparation of budget and regular financial forecasts, providing reliable data for strategic planning
- Project Procurement Support:
- - Manage requests for quotations, validate supplier offers, and oversee the efficiency of order processing workflows
- - Monitor supplier performance, conduct assessments, and implement improvement measures to optimize supplier relationships
- International Collaboration: Foster close cooperation with international units within the Kardex-Group
- Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or a commercial role, preferably within the mechanical and plant engineering industry
- In-depth knowledge of purchasing, material procurement, and supplier management processes
- Strong proficiency in cost accounting, including knowledge of cost types, cost centers, and cost unit accounting, proficiency in IFRS is a plus
- Experience with MS Office and common ERP systems
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in German is a plus
- Self-reliant, flexible, and team-oriented approach
- Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and precise working style
