Responsibilities

  • Processing manual payments according to procedures
  • Process the payments and entering them into the banking platform
  • Work with invoices, financial statements, vendor contracts
  • Posting bank payments, reconciliation of daily bank
  • Booking GL transactions from the bank statement
  • Bank and loan revaluations
  • Help Accountants with month closing
  • Checking emailbox for the tasks and keep the documentation in the order

Qualifications and competences

  • student (optimally in 4th/5th year) who wants to start/continue career in accountancy
  • you are available at least 20 hours per week (to max. 35 hours/weekly)
  • communicative English and Polish
  • positive attitude
  • attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • ability to multi-task
  • proactive approach
  • good PC user
  • willingness to learn
