Key responsibilities:
- Running compensation analysis and reports on regular basis and ad hoc support to EMEA Compensation Team and Global Compensation Team
- Advising assigned clients on compensation topics
- Support the Identified Staff (Material Risk Taker) workflows in the context of European Banking Authority (EBA) requirements including: acting as subject matter expert on criteria, managing the lists, regular reviews with relevant business contacts, notifications and communications to impacted individuals and respond to related queries, performance management, financial regulatory reporting and other regulatory associated processes for the EMEA region
- Supporting remuneration governance workflows including for Remuneration Committees and Legal Entity Boards
- Supporting clients during annual pay cycles and awards: advising, running reports, preparing analysis to review the planning
- Cooperation in annual compensation benchmarking surveys including job matching, data reporting and analysis of results for EMEA region
- Identifying inefficiencies in work processes and proactively providing recommendations for corrective action
- Participating in projects
- Dealing with day-to-day compensation transactions in Workday
Skills required:
- 5-6 years of relevant compensation experience, preferred in financial sector
- Experience in regulatory area will be an added value
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong focus on client service delivery and relationship management
- Proactive, expected to put forward ideas/suggestions to improve policies, processes and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, strong team player
- Flexible, “can do” attitude
- Strong multi-tasker
