Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and will play a crucial role in managing and delivering the MDM program, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead various projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Oversee the implementation of SAP MDG solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular reviews and quality checks
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Facilitate workshops and sessions for clients and internal teams
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work effectively in a hybrid work model
- Show strong leadership and team management abilities
