The Country Implementation Manager supports the implementation of new solutions. He/she is responsible for ensuring ‘business readiness’ which will allow new implementations to go smoothly within each of the Lyreco countries whilst ensuring not to cause any disruptions in business processes and daily operations.

The Country Implementation Manager supports the implementation of new solutions. He/she is responsible for ensuring ‘business readiness’ which will allow new implementations to go smoothly within each of the Lyreco countries whilst ensuring not to cause any disruptions in business processes and daily operations.
New solutions can be defined as new systems or processes to be launched, as well as new or changed functionalities to be implemented in existing systems.
Main Responsibilities:

Working closely with project teams and country stakeholders to define the potential impact on business processes resulting from the implementation of a new solution; understanding technical concepts and how they impact the project/business,

Documenting business processes and requirements, creating detailed documentation of existing and new process flows; identifying gaps between business requirements and existing or proposed design solutions,

Ensuring business adoption: this includes but is not limited to: working closely with countries to identify gaps in skillset and identifying needed capacity required to successfully adopt to new solutions and/or processes in countries; working with business areas to identify productivity improvements in workflows and procedures, overseeing training strategy and execution;

Monitoring dependencies with other teams and functions (e.g. Product Owners, CX, UX, Digital Marketing) to ensure end-to-end business readiness to implement new digital solutions,

Providing regular project updates to various stakeholders, including senior leadership,

Engaging with various teams and multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing a solid governance model during the implementation and hyper-care,

Being a trusted and respected business advisor to guide key stakeholders. Working closely with them towards workable and valuable solutions to capture opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:

Master or equivalent by experience
-
Fluent English (verbal and written communication) is a must
-
5+ years of experience as a project manager or change manager or senior business analyst in a competitive digital sector with a proven track record in achieving results (within budget, scope & timing),

Strong project and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Demonstrates leadership to achieve the objectives

Pragmatic and result-oriented
-
Ability to work independently, taking ownership for end-to-end process and service delivery

Available for travel in Europe up to 4 times/ year
