Iron Mountain is seeking a Program Manager, Document Capture Operations to lead global projects and initiatives, as well as foster the customer relationship within the Document Capture space.
S/he shall have the ability to work independently with guidance from the Director and VP in only the most complex situations, and have the business expertise to provide recommendations to influence the direction of the projects.
Responsibilities:

Contributes to the development of the strategic roadmap to ensure growth-readiness in Document Capture.

Co-design and own the success of the strategic initiatives enabling growth readiness in each one of the regions;
-
Foster close relationships with the field and all Operations leaders to ensure their needs and requirements to enable growth readiness are defined, progressed, completed timely and performance metrics in place

Design, Develop and Present key information and program state to customer.

Develop and implement communications framework for our customers, including content and cadence of such communications.

Work closely with high level customer contacts to outline program goals and collaborate on strategic initiatives

Manage internal operational teams to ensure tasks are on time and meet the expected outcome

Anticipates regulatory constraints and internal/external business challenges, and make recommendations on project direction to secure successful execution.

Understand and communicate the value being delivered by the various initiatives and seek prioritization of demands, efforts and resources

Must have the ability to lead and influence the goals of senior business leaders across functional areas, providing strategic recommendations to management.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

Experience: Typically 8-10 years experience in operations and project management

Proven capability to deliver business outcomes through leading fast paced and complex projects

Requirements/Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred
