We are seeking a Product Manager based in Zagreb to drive our vision with the development team and broader stakeholders in the company for our Malware Analysis and Threat Hunting (MATH) solutions. ReversingLabs is uniquely positioned to identify malware and file threats with our proprietary binary analysis engine and our world-class threat repository. Our MATH solutions are essential to enterprise Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, and threat hunting teams to detect, control, and investigate threats. The role includes defining features, writing detailed user stories, partnering with engineering to ensure flawless execution, and launching new capabilities by collaborating with marketing, sales, and our customers. What you will do

• Collaborate with product leadership to define the direction, growth opportunities, and overall roadmap for a product in the portfolio
• Create detailed user stories based on customer use cases and technical product requirements
• Plan and prioritize the feature backlog for development to deliver maximum performance aligned with business strategy
• Work closely with development and program managers to ensure that requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly communicated
• Work with go-to-market teams to produce collateral and technical enablement for the product
• Promote the product to customers and the broader market at events and forums with blogs and videos
• Support interactions with customers, sales, and customer success
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive market landscape and feature sets for the product
• Work cross-functionally to develop and deliver collateral and training to solve go-to-market issues for the product

Basic Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or Product Manager
• Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
• Experience and skill in managing products at some stages of the life cycle (incubation, growth, maturity, etc)
• Strong English language skills
• Outstanding attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-starter with the ability to learn new things independently
• Creative thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and note-taking skills
• Expertise with Google Docs or Microsoft Office
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Prior experience with cybersecurity products ideally for threat detection, malware analysis, endpoint security, storage security, or email security
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
