We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to oversee key end-user impacting processes within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our employee onboarding, organizational change communication, and user productivity and collaboration tools are implemented smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of user-centric design and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for end-user impacting products, aligned with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • User Research and Feedback: Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, changes, and releases to internal teams and end-users, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a role that involved managing end-user impacting processes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and process optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Confluence, and .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

The expected base salary ranges from $190k-$250k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
