Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital banking & fintech products
- Turn complex financial workflows into seamless user journeys
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring banking innovations to life
- Conduct user research, usability testing & data-driven design iterations
- Ensure security, compliance, and accessibility in financial products
- Stay ahead of fintech trends & redefine banking UX best practices
Qualifications - 8+ years in UX/UI & digital product design – preferably in banking/fintech
Required Skills
- Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite & prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of financial workflows, security & compliance
- Ability to simplify complex banking processes into elegant experiences
- Experience in agile, fast-paced environments
