Roblox is looking for a Creative Producer to develop industry-leading content on an in-house studio team that supports key areas of the business, including Business Marketing, Growth Marketing (App Stores), foundational brand building and more. This hands-on role is pivotal in delivering crafted brand materials nimbly and at scale, setting a high standard across all surfaces and channels
You will partner with copywriters, designers, editors, and business partners to define project scope, develop timelines, run budgets, handle internal/external resources, facilitate reviews, and ensure project delivery requirements are met. You are a strategic problem solver, helping the teams make informed decisions on time-sensitive deadlines. You have excellent interpersonal skills and can engage all levels of contributors up to senior team leaders. You are comfortable working across various types of production mediums. You also have the ability to empower those around you.
You Will:
- Enhance the overall Roblox brand by producing compelling, nimbly crafted materials about our products and features
- Contribute to how Roblox is defined and understood across all marketing surfaces
- Produce traditional and digital creative from concept to final results while collaborating with internal teams
- Lead projects through the entire production lifecycle: planning, creative, production, and delivery
- Ensure all deliverables are meeting partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets
- Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e., kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews), and communicates action steps to the broader team
- Work with legal and business teams to secure usage rights, assess risk, and clear work for distribution
- Be responsible for the vendor invoice process in adherence with Roblox policy (including NDAs, SOWs, advance requests)
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization
- Report to the Head of Production
You Have:
- 8+ years of creative producer experience with agency, in-house creative studios, marketing, or production company
- Validated experience producing high-touch video, motion design, and motion graphics
- A compelling portfolio of work that shows your production experience
- Professional experience with industry-standard creative tools (Adobe Creative cloud, Airtable, Jira, etc )
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A thoughtful and resilient approach. You understand that the marketing process is iterative and have the ability to operate nimbly.
- The ability to be a self starter: You are comfortable and able to work independently, managing timelines and briefs from multiple projects and partners.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$143,840—$181,200 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
