As a Creative Producer at Roblox, you’ll play an imperative role in our Creative Studio, ensuring day to day operations work fluidly as you support a diverse range of creative projects, ensure on time delivery, help prioritize the workflow, while driving the successful execution of our work.
You have experience leading creative projects and are looking to use that experience to architect and support a creative project slate. You will coordinate creative team operations, collaborate on projects, manage creative resources, and build relationships. Your unwavering attention to detail, project management skills, and passion for creative work will be integral as we embark on our mission to bring millions of people together through shared experiences..
You Will:
- Collaborate with teams company-wide for project management in digital design, social marketing, PMM, and communications to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Work with scalable systems facilitating the evolution and hyper growth of the creative studio producing fortified workback streams, clear communication channels and constructive team collaboration.
- Work together with a collaborative team to deliver engaging creative assets that achieve business objectives and make a difference for our company and millions of Roblox fans.
- Assess and improve flows of communication from working teams up to creative leadership, and outward to cross-functional partners, the executive team, and the company.
- Manage creative resourcing for Creative Studios team
You have:
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a creative project manager or creative producer. You will develop and support the creative team across a variety of formats, mediums, channels (social media, video, site design, advertising, etc.). Your skill set should be a dynamic mix of project management, systems implementation, cross-functional collaboration and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency with the latest creative operations tools, such as Wrike, Frame.io, Figma, etc.
- Manage several project streams efficiently using strong organizational skills to prioritize resources effectively.
- Experience with creative resourcing: You understand how to manage a pipeline of projects, be the first line of communication for intake, and insure projects are resourced and kicked off effectively.
- A strategic mind and you thrive on collaboration with cross functional partners such as creatives, marketers, UX designers, and product/engineering managers, driving the success, optimization and on time delivery of all creative studios projects. You understand the value of building scalable, strategic systems optimized for a fast paced environment.
- Proficient communication abilities to articulate and align on expectations, identify and tackle potential obstacles, and keep customers and collaborators informed.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$114,190—$143,840 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
