A bit about your role
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Process Improvement Lead reporting to Solution Design & Process Transformation Lead.
The Process Improvement Lead is responsible for driving process excellence across critical Operations business processes, including high-impact improvement projects, building Lean Six Sigma capability, and enhancing process maturity. It involves identifying business process improvement opportunities, assisting program delivery teams and initiative sponsors in achieving measurable improvements, and providing support and coaching in continuous improvement methods.
The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and corporate groups to align improvement methodologies with existing NBN processes. As a process lead, the role also involves being an active member of the Operations community of practice, sharing information, and advancing domain knowledge.
The role involves identifying continuous improvement opportunities, delivering process transformation initiatives, and facilitating workshops. Key tasks include managing improvement initiatives, driving process improvement capabilities, and contributing to community standards. Success is measured by effective tracking, measurable process improvements, and the adoption of standards across NBN functional areas.
A bit about you
If this role suits you, you have experience in Process Improvement, eTOM framework, leadership in Operations Quality, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Key skills include project management, process design and mapping, executive presentation, and business analysis. The candidate should understand end-to-end customer journey maps, industry-standard process modelling techniques, and design thinking. They must engage in process community activities and adhere to nbn's policies and safety procedures.
