PROCESS ENGINEER (PLATING)
Provides continuous improvement actions and studies for continuous process and productivity improvement.
About the Job:

Monitors, updates and controls lead time performance of the line.

Performs studies for process or equipment improvements and feasibility.

Reviews and analyzes machine parameters versus control chart data and initiates actions for out-of-control and trend characteristics.

Generates and revises procedural documents and work instructions.
-
Performs root cause and failure analysis and schedules action plans relevant to designed corrective and/or preventive measures.
-
Performs qualification and set-up relevant to new projects and corresponding materials, equipment, or methods.

Supports and participates in quality-related activities, issues, and actions creation and implementation.
About You:
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
-
3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer specializing in the Plating Process from an Electronics (PCB) / Semiconductor manufacturing company.

Well-versed in statistical tools such as SPC, QC Tools, FMEA, DOE, and software like Minitab.
-
Good written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
-
Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements.
-
Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedule.
