Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced product manager to develop our Product Vision, Strategy and Tactics for the Brand targeted products within Allegro Advertising across Allegro's onsite and offsite retail media platforms.
What will your main responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
- Leading multiple products in collaboration with Product Managers and other (tech & non-tech) stakeholders but without a formal authority or direct reports
- Showcasing the ownership for the business impact and metrics of your product and using a systematic framework to ensure that new ideas are prioritized consistently.
- Setting key KPIs for the business goals and assessing if and why the success is reached.
- Collaborating with tech & non-tech stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer esp. brands needs and pain points to inform product decisions.
- Orchestrating implementation of new solutions, deciding whether to work on specific solutions or to give up existing ones.
- When a product doesn't perform as it should, challenging current assumptions, drawing conclusions and proposing improvements in your domain.
You are qualified if you have:
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
- Preferably past experience in AdTech
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to draw data-driven conclusions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Polish & English), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
