Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Predictive Analyst I for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

  • Under direct supervision, uses appropriate modeling techniques to address business needs.
  • Edits and runs various programs including predictor and response variable programs.
  • Applies various modeling techniques and procedures.
  • Supports preparation of internal/external, structured/unstructured data sets to build/rebuild/refresh predictive models.
  • Conducts model testing against established standards. Creates ad-hoc data analyses, as needed. Reviews programs to ensure they conform to quality standards.
  • Communicates analytics to other modelers as well as to non-technical business partners. Assists with model application and implementation.
