Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
The Indirect Procurement Analyst may lead/support the strategic sourcing process for Marketing, Sales and HR spend categories of a certain level to include market and industry analysis, supplier research and review, category and supplier segmentation, sourcing events, analysis, negotiations, contracting and implementation.
- Liaise with Maintenance, Finance and Accounts Payable teams;
- Support Marketing, Sales and HR Business Partners in management of USD 18 MM spend on categories across Brazil;
- Support to achieve/exceed performance targets agreed with the strategy;
- Ensure standard tendering documentation including compliancy and evaluation templates;
- Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history;
- Evaluate Tender responses in terms of Safety, Health & Environment, Quality and Value for Money;
- Ensure due diligence is carried out for all new sources of supply;
- Evaluate and monitor contract coverage and supplier's database.
- Deliver results in key performance areas including saving, quality and payment terms negotiation;
- Be responsible for learning, understanding and following all Kraft Heinz policies, in addition to Procurement policies and procedures as part of the overarching Procurement governance model;
- Ensuring compliance with Local, Regional and Global Procurement policies and procedures;
- Keep close communication with stakeholders and suppliers, building strategic relationships with the main Marketing, Sales and HR stakeholders, focused on a mid to long term pipeline;
- Ensure workflow requests with CSProc Team;
- Evaluate and ensure payment flow with the suppliers (database).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Execution of sourcing activities and performance supplier evaluation;
- Ensure workflow requests and payment flow (database guardian);
- Delivery control of contract coverage and supplier database.
- Keep close communication with stakeholders and suppliers, building strategic relationships with the main Marketing, Sales and HR stakeholders;
- Support the development of Category Strategy and Financial responsibility for Marketing, Sales and HR assuring that all sub-categories are well managed, guaranteeing service levels and costs that impacts Kraft Heinz Brazil.
SKILLS:
- Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain preferably in Marketing, Sales and HR (desirable);
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, administration or equivalent;
- Business fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus;
- Knowledge of SAP for purchase orders and reporting.
