DuPont Lithography 연구 개발 활동을 지원하기 위해 폴리머 합성 테크니션을 모집합니다. 본 직무는 연구실 규모(10-100g)에서 폴리머의 합성, 정제 및 분석을 수행하며, 숙련된 연구원들과 협력하여 고품질 폴리머 샘플을 제작하는 역할을 담당합니다.

주요 업무

• 폴리머 중합 및 정제 과정 수행: 모노머, 개시제, 용매 사용, 축합 반응 및 침전 과정을 통한 폴리머 획득

• 숙련된 연구원의 가이드에 따라 R&D 샘플 제작을 위한 폴리머 합성 수행

• 광학 분석, 열 분석, 크로마토그래피 등의 관련 테스트 및 분석 진행연구원들과 실험 결과 논의 및 협업

• 실험 기록을 정확히 유지하고 데이터 무결성 확보

• 실험실 안전 수칙을 준수하며, 깨끗하고 정리된 연구 환경 유지

자격 요건

• 화학, 재료과학, 고분자공학, 화학공학 또는 유사 전공의 전문학사 또는 학사 학위 소지자로써 신입 및 경력 있는 분

• 고분자 또는 유기합성 및 정제 실험 경험자 선호

• 새로운 업무와 요구사항을 빠르게 이해하고 적응할 수 있는 능력실험을 정확하게 수행하고 데이터를 체계적으로 정리할 수 있는 능력

• 연구원들과 원활한 협업을 위한 커뮤니케이션 및 대인 관계 능력

• 연구실 환경에서의 높은 수준의 안전 의식화학물질 취급, 실험 장비 조작 및 연구실 안전 수칙 준수를 포함한 연구실 근무에 적합한 신체적 조건 충족

• 본 직무는 2년 계약직이며, 연구실 환경에서 근무하게 됩니다.

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
