Laboratory Engineer - Medical Device Testing (Uiwang Lab)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• As a radiation safety manager• Safety testing/assessment of Medical device in accordance with UL/IEC 60601.• Safety testing/assessment of Measuring, Control, Laboratory device in accordance with UL/IEC 61010.• Safety testing/assessment of Personal hygiene device in accordance with UL1431.• Communicates with clients to discuss technical issues, explain UL procedures and requirements and negotiate completion date and sample requirements.• Establishes appropriate test programs by reviewing files and manufacturer's information, examining samples, and applying UL requirements.• Coordinates laboratory activities by preparing data sheets and instructions to technicians, scheduling and reviewing work of laboratory technicians and engineering support staff, and establishing completion dates.• Performs other duties as directed
QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree in Engineering (in related field of work) or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and exceptional customer service.
Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Engineering and other Laboratory Personnel to complete projects in a timely manner with high quality.
Demonstrated ability to analyze special testing needs.
Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing.
