To perform daily alteration tasks, ad-hoc tasks and projects in conformity with approved operating manuals as customer excellence services.

Job Responsibilities:

1.       Handle customer service requests relating to Life Insurance policies, check and process policy alterations requests efficiently as Operating Manual and met pre-set target.

2.       Cooperate with other sections (CS, NBUW, Claims, Distribution Compliance, Complaint Handling, Actuary, …) to solve daily issues related to customer requests with customer centricity manners. Provide guidance of assigned functionals to frontline staff if necessary.

3.       Coordinate with IT to handle issues concerning system transactions. Conduct QC as required

(Kết hợp với IT xử lý lỗi phát sinh liên quan hệ thống.Thực hiện kiểm soát chất lượng nghiệp vụ theo phân công)

4.       Provide requirements for enhancing and developing LAS/web service/products Day2 related to Policy Alteration and UAT

(Đưa yêu cầu chỉnh sửa/phát triển LAS/web service/products Day2 liên quan nghiệp vụ bộ ppha65n Quản lý hợp đồng và UAT)

5.       Do relevant ad-hoc tasks, join company’s projects or department’s project as assigned

(Thực hiện các công việc đột xuất liên quan, tham gia các dự án của công ty hoặc phòng ban khi được phân công)

6.       Provide backup assistance. Do other tasks as assigned.

(Hỗ trợ công việc hằng ngày khi đồng nghiệp nghỉ phép. Thực hiện công việc khác theo phân công)

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory: University graduate

(Yêu cầu bắt buộc: Tốt nghiệp đại học)

• Advantage: University graduate in Finance, Insurance or Banking

(Ưu tiên: Tốt nghiệp ngành Tài chính, Bảo hiểm hoặc Ngân hàng)

• Mandatory: At least 4 years of working experience. Having skills of PC basic, English basic, document writing, time management and competence in problem solving

(Yêu cầu bắt buộc: Ít nhật 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc. Cần có kiến thức căn bản vi tính văn phòng, tiếng Anh cơ bản, kỹ năng viết, quản lý thời gian và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề)

• Advantage: Experience in the life insurance industry.
