Key Accountabilities:

• Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of DTL products.
• Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
• Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
• Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Make recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
• Review and create new items in the Oracle system from requestor.
• Lead meeting and report for MRB & EOL.
• Prepares production reports.
• Reviews, audits and analyzes Bills of Materials (BOMs) and provides feedback to corporate program teams on potential critical path of production.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree of higher (Engineering).

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Monitoring / Assessing performance of the production floor.
• Possess self-directed ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs.
• Managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, VBA, Word, and PowerPoint) with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Systematically filing as per ISO requirements.
• Oracle software (MRP and maintain master data).
• Must be flexible and able to multi-process in a dynamic, fact-paced environment.

Leadership Competence:

• Proactively contributes to the team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Fast Leaner and Flexible to change.

Relevant Experience:

• 3-5 year's experience in Manufacturing field.
• Oracle R12 knowledge is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA and Pivot)
• Power BI.

Others:

• Good command both written and spoken English.
