Major tasks and responsibilities:

Provide training Function as HSE Management Representative for ISO45001 and ISO14001 to manage and coordinate with all departments for its implementation and maintenance of HSE management system, Directive, Responsible Care program and other HSE-related standards adopted by the management.

Oversee and supervise all personnel and contractors working in CTC-MTP premises to comply with plant safety regulations, legal and site requirements.

Manage, review, and ensure that all HSE-related reports are well prepared and submitted to the concerned authorities according to its requirements in a timely basis.

Review and report incident/corrective actions, overall performance of Near miss, JHA and JSBO to management in a timely manner and coordinate with representatives of each section for its implementation and maintenance of the system.

Manage and control effective site security, including identifying security risks, developing, and implementing appropriate security measures.

Responsible, manage and maintain efficient and effective site emergency response plan and drills and/or crisis management plans at all times.

Manage and ensure that the applicable laws and requirements of those affecting to the site, SDS/GSLO database and HSE related document systems are maintained and up to date.

Administrate, develop, coach, and evaluate performance of HSE personnel as a resource manager to continuously improve their competency to effectively fulfill their job requirements.

Manage a Fire Fighting team and maintain Fire Fighting system and equipment.
What You Offer
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor Education in OH&S, Engineering or Science,
-
Minimum 5 years working experience in related field with experience in safety review, HAZOP, and management of change with at least 2 years in a managerial of senior supervisory role of Petrochemical / Chemical/ Refinery Plant.

Good knowledge of Integrated (HSE) Management System standards and procedures and proficient in working with Occupational Health, Environment and Safety operation.
-
Able to work independently; have strong motivation, highly responsible, excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and decision-making skills.
-
Proficient in NFPA firefighting code relates example 13, 14, 20, 72 code requirements.

Good command of both spoken and written English.

Proficient in use of computer-based office tools.
