Main Responsibilities

Providing consultancy and solution to TSM and production plants in order to enable them to ensure the reliability and availability of their assets and production with minimized efforts by the best practice, managing, and moderating GEO4, FMEA or RCM studies in team.

Accountable for failure analysis and Lead RCA team for Major defects (with significant MOE loss, cost or environment impact). And define project scope for DE improvement measures with RAP planning.

Monitor/ Evaluation / Performance Indicators:
- Ability to monitor, analyst, evaluate the reliability and maintenance gaps for continuous improvement together with TSM and Productions.
- Ability to lead a team, willing to share knowledge and experience with team members.

Drive optimization of asset performance at most favorable economics by leveraging experiences from other sites and global best practices in respective field of expertise

Properly and close communicate with TSM, production, vendors and execution teams to enhance the work relation, quality and effectiveness.

Provide feedback from operational experiences to Global Process Owner(s) to improve technical standards, methods, tools, procedures
What You Offer
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
-
Minimum 15 years working experience within the chemical, petrochemical, or Oil & Gas industry, at least 5 years’ experience as reliability & DE required.

Experience with DE, FMEA and RCM at least as a participant / team member, is required. Own experience as a moderator of RCM, DE & FMEA studies is preferable.

Strong team leader skills

Effective self-organization and time management

Strong systematic analytical and problem-solving skill

Strong coordination skill (coaching others and chairing meetings).

Highly motivated on improvement topics and strong learning agility.

Fluent English language skills in oral/written
