What We Offer
Major Tasks & responsibilities
1. Assist the Lead TA Planner – Scheduler and TA manager in fulfilling Turnaround Objectives & works on planning and scheduling, perform job package preparation and coordinate its implementation.
2. Responsible for complete planning & scheduling of all work packages and system packages in the SAP / ROSER/ PRIMAVERA system.
3. Obtain & understand TA scope corresponding site technical standards and technical documentations, discuss details of scope items with related representative, query and/or clarify related technical issue with implementation compliance.
4. Monitor, update, and control the progress of TA event schedules during execution.
5. Analysis of required resources for TA events and balance critical resources and prepare TA event resource demand report.
6. Communicate intensively with engineering, safety, quality, operations, inspection and reliability etc. departments and contractors during and after TA job package preparation to ensure that the TA scheduler can use the prepared job package for smoothly scheduling and such that execution team are able to implement the work without questions.
7. Provide progress deviation analysis and catch up plan in TA event schedules
What You Offer
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Technical and Industry Engineering or similar educational level
- At least 5 years of experience in technical job in the chemical industry
- At least 3 years of experience in demonstrated within a Turnaround atmosphere and TA planning & execution
- Familiar with Covestro TES, SAP and ROSER and excellent MS-Project, Primavera p6 for project planner
- Very good understanding of maintenance and engineering disciplines like: civil, mechanical, instrumentation and electrical.
- Knowledge of contractor management.
- Resource and cost estimation ability
- High sense of accountability for deliverables
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong spirit for teamwork.
- Very good English communication and writing skills
- Flexible in working conditions and accountable to complete job within timeline
