Job Summary
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking to provide exceptional administrative support to a dynamic team? We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering secretarial, general office, and administrative support services to managers and teams, ensuring the smooth execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include the following:
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing relevant paperwork.
- Dealing with multiple stakeholders, taking responsibility for managing the expectations of stakeholders.
- Maintaining a desired level of quality in the execution of deliverables.
- Meeting deadlines by completing tasks timeously.
- Verifying Information: Check different types of information for accuracy and inconsistency.
