In this pivotal role, you will support the Head of Transformation in steering impactful and sustainable transformation initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
Job Description
Your key responsibilities will include the following;
- Support the Head of Transformation in establishing and achieving the strategy of the team.
- Lead the design and delivery of change strategies to ensure smooth transitions for employees and processes impacted by transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic and tactical solutions that support the delivery and execution of change in pursuance of business performance objectives.
- Create visibility of the execution plan for key initiatives.
- Implement clear governance processes for effective decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Plan and implement key initiatives and strategies.

- A post graduate degree in finance or business management
- Proven experience in change management, project execution, and stakeholder engagement in a corporate and investment bank.
- Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Strong operational and administrative skills.

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
