About the Role
SBT is looking for a Sr Demand Generation Manager to help take our company's growth to the next level. The primary responsibility of this role is to design and oversee the execution of multi-touch demand creation programs, based on both inbound and outbound tactics, that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data driven, strategic, and looking for an opportunity to own and grow a robust demand generation function within SBT. It requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, creativity and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage account-based marketing campaigns (greenfield, land and expand, etc.) targeting key markets and verticals from ideation to execution and tracking results.
- Build out scalable integrated marketing campaigns that drive predictable pipeline activity.
- Amplify qualified leads, opportunities, and pipeline to meet or exceed growth targets across market segments.
- Manage campaign performance by evaluating results and optimizing performance over time, testing variables in the plan to improve future performance. Analyze and report results effectively.
- Maintain a feedback loop between sales & marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and conversions.
- Work with the marketing team and third-partyvendors to ensure that inbound traffic to our website converts into leads.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor lead gen activity and campaign performance.
- Evaluate, select, and manage outside vendors that contribute to the demand creation programs including technology that supports the demand generation function.
- Manage database hygiene, subscription management, and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations.
- Maintain visibility into demand gen strategy to executive team and rest of organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology markets.
- Experience partnering with an MDR team for outbound execution.
- Experience developing 1 :1, 1 :few, 1 :many ABM campaigns, with a strong perspective on when and how to use each.
- Proficiency in developing strategy from annual planning down to tactical execution, including building sequences and managing email campaigns through a marketing platform.
- Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimization requirements at different stages of the funnel.
- Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with SMS/Text Servicing
- Previous experience with Payment Services
- Experience with Hubspot, SFDC, Terminus or other ABM platforms
