About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic People & Culture Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our internal guests. Satisfying our guests and employees depends on the united efforts of many, and we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
What you will do
Are you excited about delivering the best employee experience to our internal guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The People & Culture Coordinator supports key functions in the People & Culture Department like recruitment, selection, onboarding, benefits enrollment, learning, and employee relations.
This role serves as an ambassador of the department by being the smiling face that everyone wants to see and ensures the accurate collection and maintenance of confidential employee information.
What you bring
- Six months to one-year previous experience in HR or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of common administrative tasks and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Welcoming and engaging with the ability to learn and grow
- Ability to operate computer equipment, technology, and other HR databases (Workday experience preferred)
- Ability to multi-task, work autonomously, and collaborate
- Showcase creativity through various means such as presentation-making and event planning
- Preferred candidates will be bi-lingual in English and Spanish
- US work authorization is required
