What You'll Do
- Build and arrive at partnership cases, projections, success metrics and operational efficiencies to own the function
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans with partners to achieve business objectives
- Build deep relationships with key partners and their organizations so that we are a preferred and trusted partner. This includes regular partner check-ins to discuss performance and suggest optimizations that match our needs with theirs to grow the business
- Identify, pursue, and secure additional opportunities to raise awareness of new products, convert free users to paying customers, improve premium experiences, and find ways to reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement marketing plans including content creation, social media activations, events, artist partnerships
- Actively work with partners to influence their marketing plans and execution, including analyzing marketing channels, target audiences and campaign metrics and follow-up with appropriate optimization measures
- Budget management, project management & business oriented and cost conscious are key skills for best in class execution
- Track and analyze partner marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns
- Build brand partnership playbooks for standard processes, innovations & term negotiations. Playbooks that can be used globally
- Collaborate with internal teams for sales deal, aligned cross-functional go-to-market strategy, data & insights, premium benefits planning to build an informed & guided plans
- Work regularly with premium and sales team to identify more avenues to drive more revenue for organisation
- Solid risk assessment skills and ways to mitigate the same will be a part of everyday task
- Remain abreast of new and emerging avenues, partner initiatives, product launches, evolving marketing strategies and planning to use the newer opportunities and pioneer templates in India
Who You Are
- You have a minimum of 5 to 7+ years of experience in partner marketing / brand partnership role
- You must have strong analytical skills along with data driven thinking
- You must have an entrepreneurial & proactive approach and the ability to deliver multiple projects with high standards
- You must have an interest in learning and taking up new challenges to establish new standard processes and benchmarks
- You must have a history of collaborating with colleagues from different teams and departments, both internally and externally
- You should be able to own and lead budgets for partnership marketing programs, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment tracking
- Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- An organised, focused talent to follow through timelines, best in class planning and execution skills with commitment to follow through till the end of project with analysis and optimisations to land at desired targets for both brands
- Ability to make quick, balanced and cross- functionally business viable decisions
- Having phenomenal PR skills to continue to build strong relationships with brands & other partners in most difficult situations as well
- Understands the importance of processes, legalities and other business critical logistics in the function
Where You'll Be
- This position will work out of our Mumbai office
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
